A State is gifted when it consists of various extraordinary talents among the youth and it is more rewarding if they present to the rest of the country and make aware the entire country about it. It is high time to identify the amazing abilities of Sri Lankan youth and present them before the nation. But, a brilliant opportunity has been emerged since very recently. National Youth services Council collaboration with Independence Television Network attempted to hold a talent show for the first time in 2016 to bring up the innovative and creative capabilities of younger generation island wide and present those talents successfully in front of the nation. It is being continued in 2017 as well by the name of “Youth With Talent – Generation Next” commencing on 9th September 2017. Candidates will be called upon from 26 youth districts island wide where 25 districts and Colombo district has been split to two and 10 winners will be elected from each districts
